When should I bring you in?

Before the price is locked. The staging methodology shapes plant, program and occupancy cost, so the cheapest savings are found early. We can still help later, but you lose that leverage.

Do I need an accredited TMD?

Yes. Temporary traffic management designs on the Victorian road network must be prepared by an accredited TMD at the right category. We hold Categories 1, 2 and 3, from local roads to major arterials.

What drives the cost?

The road environment, number of stages, occupancy complexity and how much audit and authority liaison is involved. We scope and quote against your actual job, not a flat rate.
